Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly:

• Name and email address — collected when you join the Membership, complete forms, or contact Christina.
• Membership agreement records — the consents and timestamps recorded at pre-checkout, including which plan you selected, the legal document versions you reviewed, and whether you opted into marketing communications.
• Billing information — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Membership intake responses — if you complete the optional welcome intake form after joining.
• Assessment responses — if you use the free Absolute Alignment Assessment on this site.
• Birth information — date, time, and location of birth, if you provide it for chart-related purposes. This is treated as sensitive and used only for the purpose for which it was provided.
• Communications — messages you send via contact forms or email.

• To provide and administer your Membership
• To send operational communications necessary to deliver the service (billing confirmations, access notices, content updates, and membership correspondence)
• To send optional marketing communications — resources, events, services, and offers — only if you explicitly opted in
• To maintain agreement records for legal and operational purposes
• To understand what members need and inform the development of Membership content
• To respond to inquiries and support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:

• Stripe — processes membership payments and manages billing subscriptions. Stripe handles payment card data directly and is subject to its own Privacy Policy and security standards.
• Formspree — receives form submissions including membership agreement records, welcome intake responses, and contact requests.
• Acuity Scheduling — used for booking Individual Alignment Sessions. Subject to Acuity's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.

If you provide birth date, birth time, or birth location for chart-related purposes (such as requesting a Human Design chart or participating in a chart session), this information is used solely for that purpose. It is not shared with third parties other than as required to deliver the service you requested. We treat birth time information with particular care and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Membership agreement records — including the name, email, plan, consents, and timestamps recorded at pre-checkout — are retained for legal and operational purposes for a minimum of three years after the end of your membership.

Other data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to meet legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Data that is required for legal compliance — including agreement records — may not be eligible for deletion.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from this site.

The Membership is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
