These Membership Terms (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and Christina Yeoman (“Christina,” “we,” or “us”), governing your participation in Absolute Alignment (the “Membership”). By joining the Membership and completing the pre-checkout agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms.
Absolute Alignment is an educational and reflective membership experience that uses Astrology and Human Design as tools for self-observation, pattern recognition, and personal reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, legal advice, or financial advice. See Section 9 for the full educational purpose statement.
The Membership is currently being developed and evaluated during an initial three-month founding period. This founding period describes Christina's development and evaluation timeline. It does not create a three-month financial commitment for Members who select the monthly billing option. Your financial commitment is determined solely by the billing plan you selected.
Founding members receive their selected price while their membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate may no longer be available.
Two billing options are available:
Monthly Membership — $44
Due at checkout: $44. Renewal: $44 per month on the same date each month. This is a recurring monthly subscription. It is not a three-month commitment, package, or trial period.
Quarterly Membership — $111
Due at checkout: $111. Renewal: $111 every three months. Each payment provides three months of access.
Billing is processed through Stripe. By joining, you authorize recurring charges at your selected frequency until you cancel or the Membership is discontinued.
Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
To cancel: Access your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or contact Christina at christina@yeom.solutions to request cancellation. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.
Access continues through the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Christina may continue, refine, restructure, pause, or discontinue the Membership based on what is useful for members and sustainable to provide.
If the Membership is discontinued: future renewal charges will stop immediately; Members will ordinarily retain access through the end of the period already paid; if prepaid access cannot be provided for the remainder of a quarterly billing period, the applicable unused portion will be addressed — either through a prorated refund or alternative access.
In the event of discontinuation, affected quarterly members will be contacted directly with information about the unused portion of their prepaid period.
Payments for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable. If the Membership is discontinued, prorated treatment of prepaid quarterly periods will apply as described in Section 6. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact Christina at christina@yeom.solutions.
Founding members receive access to resources as they are developed and released. The complete content library is not yet finished. Christina makes no representation about the quantity, timing, or format of future content. Membership feedback helps determine what is developed next.
Absolute Alignment is an educational and reflective experience. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Astrology and Human Design are not scientifically validated systems. No chart interpretation, teaching, reflection prompt, real-life experiment, or other Membership content constitutes a guarantee of any specific outcome, including changes in relationships, work, income, health, or circumstances.
Members are responsible for their own decisions and well-being. If you are navigating a mental health crisis or need qualified professional support, please seek it.
Your personal information is collected and used as described in the Privacy Policy at yeom.solutions/privacy. By joining, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Operational membership communications are part of providing the purchased service and are not conditional on marketing consent.
All Membership content — including but not limited to teachings, reflection guides, processes, materials, templates, and tools — is the intellectual property of Christina Yeoman. Members may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, or share Membership content outside the Membership without written permission from Christina.
Members agree to the Community Guidelines at yeom.solutions/community-guidelines. Members may not record, screenshot, publish, distribute, or disclose another member's personal experiences, chart information, birth information, comments, or identifying details without explicit permission.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from the Membership. Refunds for removed members will be determined in accordance with Section 7.
Christina may update these Terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Membership after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your membership account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Christina's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to the Membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Member in the twelve months preceding the claim. Christina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
